1. Acceptance of terms

By using Contemporary100, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Pricing, availability, and product details can change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

3. Shipping & returns

We ship from the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened packs in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. SMS messaging program

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. drop reminders, cart abandonment) from Contemporary100 at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. View our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, and brand assets on this site belong to their respective artists and to Contemporary100. Personal use of images is fine; reuse for commercial purposes requires permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Contemporary100 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
